Private Gym & Personal Training
I currently have two locations to conduct personal training services and classes. I have my main gym, Revival PT Studio, which is located in Hammersmith. I also train clients at Genesis in Shepherd's Bush.
These gyms offer a wide range of equipment that we can use in our training sessions.
About the Private Gyms
Gym Equipment
The private gyms we train at have a great selection of cardio, strength, and resistance equipment. I like to incorporate a wide variety of equipment into our personal training for several reasons.
First, it allows me to target a wider range of muscle groups during our training sessions. This allows your body to develop more fully in complex ways.
Second, it allows you to learn how to use a greater amount of exercise equipment. Throughout our personal training lessons, I want you to learn skills and techniques you can implement for the rest of your life. If you are unfamiliar with a piece of equipment, let me know and I'll be happy to teach you how to use it properly, so you can get the best results for your body while avoiding the unnecessary risk of injury.

About the Personal Training Services
I offer personal training to suit your needs and gain the results you desire at the speed you desire. I am available to train Monday through Saturday between the hours of 6 am and 8 pm.
I offer private, one-on-one personal training as well as small group personal training.
I recommend private personal training to those who want the most personalized training possible. It's also good for those people who may be feeling self-conscious about their fitness level or who dislike training in front of other people.
Private personal training is also recommended to those who are recovering from a physical injury. I like to focus extra attention on anyone in the recovery phase. This helps make sure the injury isn't subjected to anything which could worsen your condition and potentially cause permanent injury.
I recommend small group personal training to those who have a small group of friends with similar fitness goals and starting fitness levels. For these groups to work the best, everyone should start at a relatively similar fitness level, so we can move at a pace that is both challenging and accessible to all of the participants. If the fitness levels within the group are ill-matched, it can leave some people feeling frustrated, which we want to avoid.
