I've been training with Luke for a few months now and he's the first trainer I've met who really focuses on proper form and technique rather than personal bests.

 

I'd recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone who wants a holistic workout, and to be stronger and more flexible across the board.

Training with Luke doesn't feel like a chore and i actually look forward to my sessions. which is no mean feat as I can be quite negative towards exercise.

For someone who hates lifting weights i am constantly surprised at my ability to lift weights I thought impossible. it defiently down to Luke's quite determination and not taking no for an answer.

I've been working out with Luke for over a year now and I highly recommend. I never skip a session as I genuinely enjoy them so much! good variety, good focus and momentum and great challenge to push myself. I've worked out with PTs before who either talk too much (and distract from the work) to little (and so its less enjoyable) but I've found the perfect balance with Luke. I feel stronger, fitter and healthier as a result.

 

 

My boyfriend and I are jiu jitsu athletes and while training in London for competition, sessions with Luke have been essential. he has great technical knowledge, adapts to different body types and is equal parts patient and encouraging. 

 he has become a become an essential part of are training plan in London and we could not recommend more.
